A Perfect Hunting Ground: Does GMP Attract Child Sex Predators?

A police officer sexually assaulting a 6-year-old girl in her own home isn't just another tragic headline. This is a story about how predators seek out broken systems - and why I fear, despite the attempted reassurances of Chief Superintendent ESTELLE MATHIESON, Greater Manchester Police has become their hunting ground.

Here's what happened:
On December 29, 2023, PC DEAN DEMPSTER responded to a domestic incident. Instead of protecting the vulnerable, he sexually assaulted a child. When caught, investigators found more: indecent images of children, body-cam footage of other minors, and evidence dating back to 2022. Here's the story of his conviction buried in the BBC website.

Greater Manchester PC who sexually assaulted six-year-old girl jailed
Dean Dempster admitted sexually assaulting the child along with making indecent child sex images.

Study the article carefully and you will notice that though three police officers attended the child's home, the other two unnamed officers still allowed PC DEMPSTER to separate the child from them which allowed him to sexually assault a 6 year old child. I do not think I am the only person wanting to know just why the other two officers allowed DEMPSTER to 'interview' the child on his own, or what GMP's policy is regarding police officers being left alone with children. If only this scandal ended here.
