A Town Where the White Working Classes Do Not Matter
ANDREW NEATHER was a senior speechwriter and adviser in the Labour Government of TONY BLAIR. The below are direct quotes made by Nether in a 2009 article in London's Evening Standard linked below.

What NEATHER admitted to should have made headline news. That it did not will not surprise anyone familiar with the Fake Liberal Metropolitan Elite controlled mainstream media. Here is what he had to say.
"I [Andrew Neather] wrote the landmark speech given by then immigration minister Barbara Roche in September 2000, calling for a loosening of controls. It marked a major shift from the policy of previous governments: from 1971 onwards, only foreigners joining relatives already in the UK had been permitted to settle here.
That speech was based largely on a report by the Performance and Innovation Unit, Tony Blair's Cabinet Office think-tank...the earlier drafts I saw also included a driving political purpose: that mass immigration was the way that the Government was going to make the UK truly multicultural.
It didn’t just happen. The deliberate policy of ministers from late 2000 until at least late last year [2009] was to open up the UK to mass immigration. I remember coming away from some discussions with the clear sense that the policy was intended - even if this wasn't its main purpose - to rub the Right's nose in diversity and render their arguments out of date.
Ministers were very nervous about the whole thing. For despite Roche's keenness to make her big speech and to be upfront, there was a reluctance elsewhere in government to discuss what increased immigration would mean, above all for Labour's core white working-class vote.
This shone through even in the published report: the "social outcomes" it talks about are solely those for immigrants."
The strategy of the Labour Government was therefore to facilitate mass immigration, through which the country would become truly multicultural, irrespective of any negative impact this would have on the White Working Classes. One only has to look at what is currently taking place in Chadderton South to recognise that this strategy is alive and well in AROOJ SHAH's Labour Party controlled Oldham.
And just as predictably, AROOJ SHAH's Oldham Council's most recent EQUALITY STRATEGY, presented to the council at a meeting on September 9th 2021, just like the published report from Labour whilst they controlled the country, fails to in any way detail any positive social outcomes for Oldham's White Working Class communities.
I'm afraid, as far as Oldham Council leader AROOJ SHAH is concerned, the White Working Class just don't matter.
Don't believe me? This is a direct quote from Liberal Democrat Councillor SAM AL-HAMDANI from the Council meeting of the 9th September 2021 when AROOJ SHAH launched her EQUALITY STRATEGY.
“I worry if you are working class in Oldham, you will have faced inequalities all your life, and yet if you look at this equalities strategy, you will not see yourself in here as one of the people that this is intended to benefit."
