For the last 4 years, Raja Miah has exposed Oldham Council corruption and the cover up of the grooming and gang rape of the town's children. His explosive exposes have helped mobilise a town that has defeated successive Labour Party Council leaders and forced Andy Burnham's Greater Manchester Police to apologise for their failings.

In a desperate attempt to silence him, and quash the growing opposition to JIM McMAHON MP's tyrannical rule of the town, DS CHRISTOPHER DEAN attempted to frame Raja Miah. This is what happened.
