I asked GM Mayor, ANDY BURNHAM, in his capacity as Police & Crime Commissioner, a reasonable question regarding a senior executive at OLDHAM COUNCIL's claims of GREATER MANCHESTER POLICE deploying DALE CREGAN's getaway driver as part of a team onto the streets of #Oldham to help maintain law and order. He has failed to respond.

For those following this developing story, you will likely be concerned that ANDY BURNHAM has refused to offer a simple denial on an issue that likely concerns people across the country. You will also note that neither GMP nor OLDHAM COUNCIL have responded.

For the skeptics amongst you new to my work, I will now share the name of the senior Oldham Council officer. It is SHELLEY KIPLING. She is the Assistant Chief Executive for the Council. Promoted under questionable circumstances, Ms KIPLING is also claiming that the CHIEF CONSTABLE was also in Oldham discussing 'this approach...' I can only conclude the approach she references is that of deploying convicted criminals to help maintain law and order.
