Elon Musk Spotlights Oldham As a Case Study In Two Tier Policing

ELON MUSK's tweet highlighting Oldham as an example of two tier policing has so far been viewed across the world over 50 million times. Whilst mainstream political commentators and establishment stooges are now arguing over whether two tier policing is real, I would rather focus on why the United Kingdom has a system of two tier policing.

Based on 30 years of work, my analysis is going to take us all to a very dark place. Which is why I know who at least some of the people in the photograph with the Superintendent are and why I think it important that you do also.
