Oldham Council's Interim Borough Solicitor ALEXANDER BOUGATEF has been reported to Gtr Manchester Police for Misconduct in Public Office. This follows the backdoor appointed solicitor's actions in attempting to protect the man who promoted him into his role, HARRY CATHERALL, Chief Executive of Oldham Council.

In a functioning democracy, BOUGATEF would be now suspended pending the outcome of any GMP investigation. But then, in a functioning democracy, the Labour Party politicians that control Oldham Council would have made sure to recruit a Borough Solicitor through an open and transparent interview process.
