Spot the Signs, Stop the Takeover: 10 Ways They Seize Power

Spot the Signs, Stop the Takeover: 10 Ways They Seize Power

Is this democracy? Or is this infiltration? Are they here to take part or are they here to take over?

Across the country, Pakistani Muslim groups are seizing control of local politics. They don’t win power just through debate or taking part in democratic processes. They do it through exploiting sectarian loyalty, ramping up the corruption already embedded in politics, and through outright corruption and intimidation. I have witnessed how across the United Kingdom they use the same 10-step playbook to take over. I am now sharing it for all to see.

By the time most people realise what’s happening, it’s too late.

Here’s how they do it. Here is the playbook exposed.

  1. Organised Crime & Politics Go Hand in Hand
These politicians don’t just come from “the community.” They come from criminal families. In Oldham, Cllrs Kamran Ghafoor and Abdul Wahid have immediate relatives with serious convictions. Ghafoor’s own brother was once on Gtr Manchester Police's most wanted list. When criminals run councils, corruption is inevitable.
  2. A Track Record of Racism & Antisemitism
Many of these politicians were expelled from mainstream parties for their racism. They openly push anti-White and antisemitic narratives—but when exposed, they just regroup under a new banner. The prejudice doesn’t disappear. It just finds new ways to hide.
  3. Labour Rejects, Back for Revenge
They tried to push their sectarian agenda inside mainstream political parties. It didn’t work. Now, they’re back - only this time, they’re running the show. In Oldham, this includes Shoab Akhtar, once Jim McMahon’s Deputy Leader. Same with Kamran Ghafoor, first a Labour Party councillor and then Deputy leader of the Conservatives, he now leads the 'Oldham Group'. These peopl don’t care about party loyalty. They care about power.
  4. Religious Exclusivity Disguised as ‘Representation’
They claim to represent “the community.” But look closer. They never field non-Muslim candidates. In Oldham, the Oldham Group is 100% Muslim, despite the town’s diversity. This isn’t democracy - it’s a takeover.
  5. Mosques & Ethnic Community Centres as Political HQs
Campaign meetings don’t happen in public spaces. They happen in mosques and ethnic-specific community centres—places where only certain groups feel welcome. Imams push political candidates from the pulpit. Religious and community leaders dictate voting instructions, ensuring ballots are cast along ethnic and religious lines. If you’re not part of their group, you’re excluded from the political process entirely. This isn’t democracy—it’s sectarian control.
  6. Intimidation & Voter Fraud Keep Them in Power
Ever wondered why voter fraud is rampant in areas like these? Postal vote harvesting, threats against opposition candidates, community coercion. It’s not just happening - it’s been happening for years. And the authorities are too scared to intervene.
  7. Parallel Power Structures Rule from the Shadows
Officially, councillors make decisions. In reality, unelected 'community elders' pull the strings. Key decisions are made in private meetings, then rubber-stamped in council chambers. This is how real power operates - out of sight.
  8. Patronage Networks: If You’re Not One of Them, You Lose
Council jobs, contracts, funding - it all goes to their own people. Local businesses that don’t fall in line? Shut out. This isn’t just about who runs the council - it’s about who controls the money.
  9. Law Enforcement Turns a Blind Eye
Whether it’s grooming gangs, drugs, or fraud, these groups operate with near-total impunity. Why? Because police fear being accused of racism or Islamophobia. The result? Criminals run free, and the community pays the price.
  10. Openly Opposing Integration
Mixed schools? No. Secular governance? No. Everything must be separate. Anyone who questions them is immediately branded “far-right” or “Islamophobic.” This isn’t about equal rights - it’s about creating a parallel system where they alone hold power.

This Isn’t Representation. This Is Infiltration

The fightback starts with awareness. I help ordinary people, from across all backgrounds, spot these signs and push back before it’s too late.

That’s why next month, I’m launching a series of virtual Masterclasses to expose these tactics and show you how to stop them. Like everything I do, they’re 100% free.
