Why Are Oldham Councillors Avoiding DBS Checks?

Following the transmission, sources have confirmed with me that both MARK WILKINSON & SANDRA BALL have enhanced DBS checks. However, other council insiders have reached out to confirm that the Council's DBS process is not fit for purpose and is prone to exploitation by councillors as the onus of DBS checks rests with the individual rather than the organisation.
